In the mid 1980’s, Santa Ana’s Redevelopment Agency retained our office to design alternatives for the two building sites. The Federal government was considering the City for Foreign Trade Zone status. Each alternate feasibility plan included plans showing the layout and informational plan, site design, building footprint, and estimated construction cost.

Each plan featured generous edge landscaping as part of a major entry. The final alternative had the rendered elevation, (first to the right), made for the World Trade Center Complex portion of the project.
