Our office rehabilitated one mile of the north and south sides of Sepulveda Boulevard, between Braddock Drive and Jefferson Boulevard. Our office, in conjunction with several Culver City assistance programs, provided façade rehabilitation proposals for six test sites. Soon after, we were involved in joint ventures with public and private sectors on four projects.

Our office synchronized the design review, construction drawing documents, and client coordination for all projects.

Three projects were completed, but one was unable to secure financing. On several projects the owner and tenants served as clients.
