CHAPMAN UNIVERSITY – SMITH & REEVES HALLS

Our office completed painting and exterior restorations for Smith and Reeves Hall - two of Chapman University’s oldest buildings.

As the existing ornamentation was deteriorated and crumbling, these circa 1954 structures required careful restoration.

Detailing of the existing exteriors were repaired or replaced, in preparation for the four-color paint scheme that was designed to highlight historic structures.
