Assistant Project Manager
Mr. Burch has been a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager and AutoCAD specialist for DKP, Inc. for seven years. Mr. Burch brought to DKP his experience as a professional Autodesk Training CAD operator and award winning Autodesk Certified Instructor. Mr. Burch’s time is devoted to managing DKP’s projects, administrating field work and negotiating with municipal leaders the rules that affect our client’s buildings. Mr. Burch has assisted in the management of the following relevant projects
- Orange County Zoo—office renovation and administration.
- SAUSD—Assistant project manager, new and retrofit, modernization of offices and warehouse buildings – 30m project.
- PYLUSD—modernizations, four campuses - assistant project manager. Total A/E control modernization, ADA access modifications, phased housing for occupants, library security systems, monitored, updated all infrastructures.
- OCTA ADA modifications at 3 locations—the scope of work for this project consisted of design and reconstruction of a variety of existing facilities, a vehicle service and repair facilities, tenant improvements to existing office structures, laboratory facilities, and site improvements.
- Phoenix House—Descanso drug rehab and health facility, repair and addition to office housing facilities.
