Project Manager
Since joining DKP in 1985, Mr. Rogers has coordinated and processed a large, diverse number of private and publicly bid projects. He specializes in the modernization, rehabilitation, addition and alterations of existing structures. Within this work he further specializes in the rehab, addition, tenant improvement and accessibility standards. He has served as project manager with more then 100 urban rehabilitations including the following as general and miscellaneous highlights:
- PYLUSD - Modernization - 4 School Sites
- PYLUSD – Portable Growth Projects – Various Sites
- Santa Ana Unified School District - Preparation of ADA Transition Report and detailing of 54 campuses
- Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD) Air Conditioning Modernization, Jackson, Madison and Monte Vista Schools
- SAUSD Monte Vista Modernization Project
- SAUSD Adams Elementary Modernization
- SAUSD Carr Intermediate Air Conditioning YRE Project
- Relocatable Classroom Placement Projects – over 500 on various Sites/Various Districts
- Arcade Building rehabilitation - 12 modifications (Office, food facilities, computer rooms)
- Fluor/Yanez Historic Restoration
- County of Orange Bolero Peak Communications Facility
- County of Orange: Old County Courthouse - 6 general and historic rehabs
- Vietnamese Community Center of Orange County- $1 M - new structure
- Taqueria Tapatia: New Restaurant Project- $1 M, new structure
- Rancho Santiago College: rehab and modifications to 60 buildings, 3 campuses.
Educational Background
Mr. Rogers received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona. Mr. Rogers is an AIA Associate member and is also a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
