About the Donald Krotee Partnership, Inc.

The Donald Krotee Partnership (DKP) was established in 1974 as a general practice of architecture and planning. It was not until 1979 that our interest in rehab developed into a specific expertise in public and private projects for commercial, municipal and educational facilities. We have completed, on-time and within budget, rehab work on more then 50 buildings that are members of the National Register of Historic Places. Sensitive and careful are the marks our firm having never returned to a Board or Client because our project was over budget.

We use the word partnership in the company title to allow for our growth. This includes future partners—we see all our key project managers as having partnership potential. The Donald Krotee Partnership specializes in both public and private facilities.

For 22 years we have delivered, on time and within budget, over 300 municipal, commercial and educational projects. DKP is a company of 11 individuals, over half of which are women. We are as diverse as the community we serve. The company is staffed with Planners, Architects, Engineers and design-production personnel. We have one office located—where we were founded—in the Santa Ana's Central Business District.
