Chapman Univ. - Smith & Reeves Halls

DKP accomplished a simultaneous exterior restoration and repainting to two of Chapman University’s oldest buildings, Smith and Reeves Halls. The two circa-1954 structures were in need of careful restoration, as the existing ornamentation was deteriorated to the point of crumbling.

Historic detailing was repaired or replaced in preparation for a new exterior four color paint scheme, designed to highlight historic details on both buildings.
