Huntington Harbour Auto Wash & Car Care Facility

The owner had purchased a service station with the intention to re-open it as a full service auto wash. The project was approved only with a CUP through the City of Huntington Beach. The surrounding 2 sides of the buildings were SFD-residential and not in favor of the project. DKP eliminated loud speaker systems and introduced additional landscape and decorative hardscape, and also convinced the neighbors that the project would be an asset to the community. DKP produced the plans and the project was both completed on time and within budget.
