Sepulveda Blvd Redevelopment

DKP rehabilitated the north and south sides of over one mile of Sepulveda Boulevard, between Braddock Drive and Jefferson Boulevard. Our office completed façade rehabilitation proposals in conjunction with the Culver City assistance program on six test sites. DKP was subsequently involved in joint ventures with the public and private sectors on four projects. DKP coordinated with Culver City and was responsible for all community participation, design, design review, construction drawing documents, and client coordination. Three of the projects are completed and one was unable to secure financing. (On some projects the owners and tenants served as clients.)
