Peralta Hills Estate (Interior)

The residence and grounds embodied classic California indoor and outdoor living in an English Tudor influenced plan and architecture. Several modern alarm, lighting, and computer controlled technical systems were designed into the residence. The large fireplaces and window areas were all custom designed and built. DKP developed a plan and completed the work in two one-year construction windows.
