Grand Terrace Professional Plaza

This building and its companion branch bank were both designed and developed when the city of Grand Terrace was in its infancy. The three-story office building served as the city's temporary City Hall until Travelers classroom and training facility could occupy most of the structure. The educational program was similar to a continuation urban or space save type high school. The office building was designed to surround interior-exterior courtyards and has been almost fully occupied since its completion.
