Old Orange County Courthouse
DKP accomplished this multi-faceted public bid project. This was a high profile county undertaking with many adjacency issues as well as the complexities involved in State and Federal projects. DKP was selected for this work because of our experience producing feasibility studies and analysis for unique public buildings with critical civil engineering and architectural relationships. The City Redevelopment Agency assisted in the on and off site portion of the project. The building was redesigned with nine possible museum storage areas with two areas finally selected and developed. DKP also prepared a maintenance manual for the project to maintain the county's most significant cultural monument.
